New Orleans Police on Monday identified a man wanted on suspicion of an auto theft charge after a car was taken on Canal Street in December 2021.
Larry Howard, 19, is wanted in connection to the incident that occurred Dec. 24, 2021 in the 500 block of Canal Street, according to New Orleans Police.
