New Orleans Police seek suspect wanted in connection to attempted truck theft at Aquarium

New Orleans Police are searching for a man wanted in connection to an alleged attempted truck theft at the Audobon Aquarium on Tuesday.

The incident occurred at about 11:30 a.m. when the man gained entry to an unlocked 2018 Ford F-250 in the employee parking lot of the aquarium’ located at 1 Canal St., according to New Orleans Police.

The suspect (pictured above) started the car through the steering column and circled the parking lot twice, but could not leave the lot.

The suspect returned the truck to its original parking spot and fled the scene on foot, according to New Orleans Police.
