A man and a juvenile were arrested for possessing loaded guns in two separate incidents in the French Quarter last week, according to New Orleans Police.

In the first incident, New Orleans Police on Wednesday arrested a juvenile, who was not identified because of his age, after he was allegedly found with a fully-loaded handgun, which was reported stolen, in the 800 block of Canal Street.

The juvenile was later booked into the Juvenile Justice Center on suspicion of illegal carrying of a weapon and illegal possession of a firearm.

In the second incident, Alonzo Finney was arrested Saturday in the 200 block of Bourbon Street after he was found in possession of a concealed loaded firearm and was booked in Orleans Parish Justice Center on a similar charge, according to New Orleans Police.
