Restaurant Observation, Analysis, Corrections and Health Report

The following information listed in The Quarter Rat’s Restaurant Observation, Analysis, Corrections and Health Report are taken food service establishment inspections listed on the Louisiana Department of Health website.

The inspections are carried out unannounced by agents working for Department of Health and document violations considered “critical” and “noncritical.”
