Person wanted for questioning in Bourbon Street simple robbery investigation

New Orleans Police are investigating a simple robbery that occurred on Bourbon Street earlier this month and seeking a person who is wanted for questioning in connection to the incident.

The incident occurred July 3 at about 1:30 a.m. at an unknown location on Bourbon Street, according New Orleans Police.

The victim was allegedly thrown to the ground and his cellphone, wallet, and Apple watch taken by an unknown male individual.

Security cameras captured the pictured subject accompanying the victim off a side street after casually approaching him and they did not have prior contact before the observed encounter, according to New Orleans Police.
