Suspect sought in July Burgundy Street sexual assault incident, New Orleans Police say

A suspect was identified as the suspect in a July sexual assault incident on Burgundy Street, according to New Orleans Police.

Joshua Carmen Riley, 27, was identified as the perpetrator in a third-degree sexual assault investigation that occurred at 7 a.m. in the 400 block of Burgundy Street July 7, according to New Orleans Police.

Arrest and DNA search warrants have been issued for Riley.
