A man is sought in connection to an identity theft investigation after he was caught on surveillance video attempting to use a credit card that was reported missing from a Bourbon Street bar last month, according to New Orleans Police on Thursday.
The victim reported her wallet, which contained five credit cards, missing shortly after 8:45 p.m. in the 700 block of Bourbon Street on Nov. 27, according to New Orleans Police logs.
The next day, on Nov. 28, an unidentified Black male wearing a surgical mask (pictured above) was captured on surveillance camera attempting to use one of the missing credit cards at a retail store whose location was not disclosed.
